It is a bioflavonoid with anti-inflammatory found naturally in fruits and vegetables, particularly apples and red onions. It is also a water-soluble natural pigment with high antioxidant properties.
What food we can find that quercetin?

Where some of the foods we can find quercetin include apples, onions, especially red, blueberries, currants, kale, green tea and black, also in red wine, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, etc..
Ginkgo biloba, the herb St. John and the American Sabugo also are rich in this nutrient.
