There are some exceptions however, as the root of valerian root or turnip or the burdock that seem to help improve sleep quality with rare and mild side effects (such as stomach problems). Do not waste your money on any natural supplement for better sleep, do not take the supplements valerian root or burdock (or the beet root) first.
