* Selenium, working to produce glutasion which serves as a antioxidant, eliminating toxins, and protecting the skin. This material contained in garlic, various types of beans and lentils, onion, and fish oil.
* Vitamin A, to appear in two forms of retinol and beta-carotene. Vitamin A is beneficial to maintain healthy cells and tissues, assists optimal health and condition of hair, teeth, bones and skin. This material is widely available in carrots, green vegetables, and fish oil.
* Vitamin C helps collagen formation which is useful for maintaining fitness and health of skin. Vitamin C is found in many green vegetables that are still raw, different types of oranges, tomatoes, and berries.
