The organ transplants are now an established therapy for many shortcomings of modern medicine terminal organ.
The possibility that this number is able to meet the growing demand depends on the social consensus in our society that receives the acceptance by the common people of concepts such as brain death, the value of clinical transplantation, organ donation intended as act of solidarity enlarged and not intended aims.
