Skin-care and body is an important goal in water detox. The skin is the most extensive part of the body that serves as a protector for ourselves. The skin is a reflection of our health, so we must care for and maintain it.
Here are some things you can do to maintain health and beauty of your skin.
* Pat the entire body after bathing.
* Brushing dry skin all over your body every morning.
